- Swap and Go / New for Old Exchange and next day replacement*
- If a hardware fault is identified for the mobility devices, monitors and cloud displays, CSG provides a new for old exchange.
- A new device will be delivered and the faulty one collected by CSG’s premium door- to-door valet service. This beats any service that a standard warranty can provide.
- Ongoing Technical Support
- With networked devices, some issues may not be hardware related. Our Display Solutions Support includes remote suport for fast resolutions via our help desk during business hours.
- Onsite Repair
- For large format displays, interactive whiteboards and smart signage, our support offers onsite repair, delivered and project managed by our own CSG Valet services. The entire end-to-end process, from the first call to resolution is managed and handled by CSG for a faster resolution.
